Return and refund policy

In the event of a returned order due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will gladly arrange for reshipment upon receipt of the package. Please note, however, that refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Should you wish to return an unopened product within 30 days of receiving your order, please send it to our designated address. Ensure to include your order number on the package and provide us with the tracking number. Upon receipt, a refund will be processed. Kindly note that opened or damaged products cannot be accepted for return, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

These images are essential for our assessment and to ensure a prompt resolution to the issue.
